| The organization/association to be supported must be a non-profit organization/association and must fulfill the state and federal specific criteria for tax deductibility. |
| Union sponsored/funded projects will be carried out by the organization/association with volunteer support provided by the Local 36G member(s) whom applied. |
| The applicants' volunteer work within the framework of the organization/association is decisive in determining the amount of financial support. |
| If more than one application is submitted requesting sponsorship funding, then all the applications will be put into a random drawing in which the selected applicant(s) will be sponsored. |
| Applicant(s) that are granted funds should ensure that the money be used to benefit children ages 6 - 14 years of age. |
| The money to fund grants for the "Katlyn Chmiel Memorial Sports Sponsorship" is solely available from the "Katlyn Chmiel Memorial Sports Sponsorship" fundraiser account. The grant(s) to selected applicant(s) will be managed by the amount in that account. |
