Effective January 1, 2010 the BCTGM Local 36G merged with BCTGM Local 802. With this merge 36 has acquired DelMonte Milkbone; Interstate Brands Corp (Hostess); and Al Cohen's Bakery.

Contract Agreements

	Al Cohen's - Broadway Street, Buffalo, NY.
	Archer Daniels Midland - (Ganson Street, Buffalo, NY) has a contract agreement with Local 36G. This contract covers, term, conditions, wages and benefits. Contract term is from August 14, 2007 to August 14, 2010.
	Darling International - William Street, Buffalo, NY.
	DelMonte Milkbone - Urban Street, Buffalo, NY. The contract term is March 1, 2008 to August 28, 2011.
	General Mills Cereal Plant - Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, NY. A supplemental contract agreement that covers wages and conditions. The term of this contract is July 1, 2006 - October 1, 2010.
	General Mills Flour Mill - Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, NY. A supplemental contract agreement that covers wages and conditions. The term of the contract is from July 1, 2006 to October 1, 2010.

A Master Agreement between General Mills Operations and the BCTGM International Union that covers all benefits such as medical, dental and retirement benefits for the Flour Mills and Cereal Plant. The contract term is from May 1, 2006 - April 24, 2010.

	International Fiber Corporation - The contract term is March 6, 2006 - March 7, 2010.
	Interstate Brands -
	Rich Products - Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY. The contract term is November 6, 2006 - November 6, 2011. (Plant will be closed effective July 31, 2010)
	Shuman Plastics - The contract term is November 15, 2005 - November 15, 2010.

Dates to Remember

Executive Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month except July and August. They are held in the Local 36G Meeting Hall located at 225 Louisiana Street, 2nd Floor.

General Membership meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month except July and August. They are also held at the Meeting Hall. Both meetings start promptly at 3:30 pm with refreshments served.
